Realization
You need to realize you messed up and now you got an addiction problem now. Do an honest and sicerce self evaluation. It may be painful, but it will help you.

You need to admit and realize to yourself only God can help you get out of this situation

Step two: Ask Allah for forgivenss.

Step three.
Recite these names of Allah, ( I am not sure how many times)
Al-Qahhar: The Subduer
Benefits: The soul of him who repeats this Name Will conquer the desires of the flesh, and his heart will be made free from the attractions of the world and gain inner peace. this Name also frees one from being wronged.
Al-Khabir: The All-Aware
Benefits: If a mam is a victim of selfish desires and bad habits he will be relieved of these if he repeats this Name regularly.
Follow the above steps. They are fairly simple. InshAllah. Allah will help you fight this addiction. And you can also recite La hawla wala quwawata illa billah
Meaning: There is no might nor power except in Allah and the strength to do good and refrain from evil comes from Allah.
Fasting:
O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous — (2:183)
(O Prophet), recite the Book that has been revealed to you and establish Prayer. Surely Prayer forbids indecency and evil. And Allah’s remembrance is of even greater merit. Allah knows all that you do. (29:45)
